LBAM Draft EIR released - pesticide program continues!
CDFA & the USDA will not give up their golden ticket; aerial and ground spray program.
CDFA's Environmental Impact Report will be released today (to no surprise), they concluded that their LBAM eradication program including the aerial spraying that made so many sick and killed so many birds, had no negative impacts. It claims that there are no "significant" or "unavoidable" impacts from any of their proposed program actions.

The fight is not over!
The CDFA's statewide Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Report for the LBAM program is due to be released on Friday at noon, July 31, when all the press has wrapped up for the week, with a 60 day public comment period ending Monday, September 28, 5pm.
As part of the EIR process, CDFA will also be holding "public listening sessions" on the following days, in the following locations, from 5:30-7:30pm.
August 19 Long Beach
August 20 Carpenteria
August 24 Fresno
August 25 Sacramento
August 26 Sonoma
August 31 Watsonville
September 1 Oakland

Lbam is a chemical poison designed deliberately to kill, and is a destructive poison in the ecological balance of life. Do not follow these Poisoners of nature with your taxpayer dollars or they will sicken you for your money, and cause the planets life to die sooner.
