In addition to 40 bands on 4 concert stages, the 9th Annual Art & Soul Oakland features more than 150 artisans and vendors -- many featuring unique, hand-made gift ideas. Headliners include Shawn Colvin, BoDeans, Will Downing and Bobby Cadwell. Rock, Jazz, Blues, Gospel, R&B, Latin and Dance.
