Sidewalk in front of Kepler’s Books
(1010 El Camino, between Santa Cruz & Ravenswood, Menlo Park)
Parking is underground, enter on Santa Cruz Ave.
In solidarity with Rally and Lobby Day in Washington D.C., we will gather to celebrate Medicare’s 44th birthday by showing Congress and President Obama that unions, doctors, nurses, seniors, faith groups, and Americans from every corner support national, single-payer healthcare.
The best way to save this system is to expand it and make it a truly single-payer system by removing the for-profit interests and guaranteeing healthcare as a right to all.
We’ll also be celebrating the leadership of Rep. John Conyers, Jr.(D-MI) to improve and expand Medicare for all (HR 676) and of
Rep. Dennis Kucinich for his amendment to enable states to adopt single-payer healthcare.
Single-Payer Healthcare: Everybody In – Nobody Out!
