Justice for the Williams Family!

This story should be front and center. The video is an excellent description by the Williams family of the horror they experienced at the hands of the police. Their car was followed for no good reason, only because the family is black, until they were under a dark overpass. The cop then stops the car, shines large lights on the family, terrorizing the then screaming children, asks the driver-father for his driver's license. The father cannot find the license. Instead of just taking down the information, the cop turns off the car engine, opens the door and proceeds to taser the father in the left chest, the heart, which if it were not for the coat for the cold night, would have caused a heart attack. He then puts handcuffs on the husband and continues to taser him on the ground in the groin while in handcuffs. Meanwhile, another cop comes along, pulls the wife out of the car, sexually molests the wife, searching her breasts and the rest of her body for no good reason whatsoever as neither the husband nor wife has done anything wrong. She is handcuffed. They almost took the 10 year old (approx) girl and 3 year old boy to Child Protective Services, but in the midst of this horror, the parents remember the phone number of a grandmother who could take the screaming children. Each parent was taken to a separate police station. The husband overheard the police tell each other "that's how it is done." WE TAXPAYERS PAID FOR ALL OF THIS FASCISM. This is the daily police state terror being perpetrated in the workingclass communities with our tax dollars, mostly against African-Americans, for the "crime" of being black. When you call the mayor and district attorney, IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE LIST, tell them:
1. Tasers must be made illegal;
2. All police departments must be abolished. The police cannot possibly fight crime if they want to as the cause of street crime is poverty and most of the time, they perpetrate this heinous police brutality that the Williams family experienced and from which the 2 adults and 1 older child will never recover. HOPEFULLY, THE WILLIAMS FAMILY HAS RETAINED AN ATTORNEY TO SUE THE CITY OF ALBANY FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
3. Remind the district attorney and mayor that being Democrats, which they most likely are, does not exempt them from being called fascists, which they are. There is no difference between the Democratic and Republican parties.
4. All police and fire officers involved in this heinous police brutality incident SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY.
YOU CAN CALL ANY DAY AND LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE VOICE MAIL.

We cannot move forward in this country without a massive rejection of police brutality, an abolition of tasers and pepper spray, and the abolition of the death penalty and punishment prisons. Since the police serve no rehabilitative function as they are not social workers, all police departments must be abolished.

AS ALL WHITES KNOW, THIS NEVER, EVER HAPPENS TO ANY WHITE PERSON, RICH OR POOR. This is the horror of racism in this bankrupt society.

As to all the problems of the world, while we should be aware of them since they are mostly caused by US imperialism, our tax dollars, we cannot change any of them until we change the government right here at home. One important means of putting an end to this bankrupt social order is to expose and end the horrifying police state right here at home.

You should remind the mayor and district attorney that so long as the police department exists, we are going to see these vicious, racist job-creation incidents on the part of the police to justify their bloated police budgets as obviously the more arrests they make, the more they can claim they are fighting crime, when in fact, it is the police who are the criminals.

You should also say that no decent person becomes a cop and that the cops are nothing more than the armed thugs of the capitalist class whose sole purpose is to terrorize the workingclass to accept the nightmare that is capitalism.

These incidents will soon spread to all of us, and in some respects, they have. The whole car culture instead of massive free public transportation and the refusal to legalize drugs makes for an enormous police state, and this is deliberate, because it is profitable.

Every single one of these incidents must be protested loudly and clearly, and every single one of these incidents deserves a multi-million dollar lawsuit. The cities and counties in this backward country need to learn to abolish their police departments to save their own budgets. We need social services, education, transportation, housing and health care; we do not need any police.

That's why I feel no pity when I hear that a policeman was killed.. We all need firearms just for that reason. When we are stopped for no reason but " Racial Profiling, we need to send them to their maker,not with a taser, but high fire power! I use to have respect for the police, but not anymore.. I feel like in these times, "It's us against them."

It's too funny that officer michael h gibson is being called a racist. if anyone did thier homework they would find out that his wife of more then a decade and his three kids ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN !!!!!!! I believe the willams are a racist family. they are the ones calling someone a racist when his family is african american. they simply picked the wrong cop to call racist.
