The most popular urban bicycle ride in the Bay Area Bike 4 Life is taking place Saturday, July, 25th, 2009 2PM at Lake Merritt 468 Perkins St. Oakland. This annual event attracts hundreds of riders all taking a stand against violence and showing love for Oakland.
The end destination of the bike ride is DeFremery Park 1651 Adeline St. and will be in collaboration with Oakland's Park & Rec 100 year anniversary. Scraper bike video shoot, skateboarding, rock climbing, basketball tournament, baseball game, and circus bella all happening SIMULTANEOUSLY.
