Music, refreshments, and pickling by the Bay... What better way to kick off your weekend?

Learn how to pickle and meet other like-minded preservation enthusiasts at UKSF's Pickling Party! The pickling pro's from Happy Girl Kitchen Co. will give us a crash course in their craft, including a bit of pickle history and tastings. We'll prep, pickle, and absorb their knowledge.

Expect a friendly vibe and lots of fun. We'll be making sour dills, as well as another pickled veggie (TBD), taking advantage of seasonal, locally-sourced produce. Participants will walk away with a plethora of goodies, including a pickling starter kit and their very own pickled produce.

Please note that class size is limited and tickets are selling quickly.
