Hello everyone!
It's time once again to gather ourselves together and discuss how we move forward with bringing about real social justice in our communities and form a stronger, more unified movement for change. We will be meeting this Sunday, July 5th at Noon at the Peace and Justice Center in Santa Rosa (467 Sebastopol Ave.). At this next meeting we will, as always, be hearing brief updates from various organizations working on a plethora of amazing projects and campaigns. Then, we hope to expand on last month's discussion where we brainstormed several ideas for bringing together different groups and movements in Sonoma County and working on a common project. Some of the ideas being: a Sonoma County People's History Project, a North Bay Social Forum, a "Progressive" Picnic or tour of radical and progressive spaces in the County, and many more.
Please spread the word about Sunday's meeting, and try and bring some food to share if you can.
Hope to see you all on Sunday!
in solidarity,
Carl, IMPACT!
