Join us this FRIDAY JUNE 26 at Pueblo Nuevo for the debut of our SUMMER FILM SERIES, featuring Majo Calderon's “The Edge of the Sea,” a 26-minute documentary film that explores the causes behind the environmental catastrophe that is causing most beaches in Puerto Rico to disappear, and the grassroots environmental movement that is trying to stop it.

"The Edge of the Sea" will be acoompanied by "Vieques...un largometraje" (2000) which examines the struggle by the residents of Vieques Island, Puerto Rico to halt target practice by the United States Navy and Marine Corps which have been using the island as a military training, exercise and deployment base.
