O22 and IMPACT! are sponsoring a workshop on civil disobedience and direct action, led by David Solnit, this Sunday at 3pm at Free Mind Media Infoshop, located at 546 Pacific Ave. in Santa Rosa.

This Sunday, June 21st at 3pm, David Solnit will be giving a workshop on direct action and civil disobedience at Free Mind Media Infoshop- 546 Pacific Ave. in Santa Rosa. David Solnit is a renowned social activist who helped organize the shutdown of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Seattle in 1999 and the massive protests in San Francisco on March 20th, 2003, the day the U.S. invaded Iraq, which shut down the entire city. He is also co-author of the book "Army of None," and editor of the book "Globalize Liberation." This workshop is entirely free and open to all.
Learning the skills of nonviolent direct action are crucial for any activist. We hope you can make it out for this important workshop this Sunday.
