As of April 11th 2009 a sting operation was issued by Stanislaus County Sheriffs Dept. to shut down Modesto only means of clean needles access to users.

Court: The 2 people that were charged with a misdemeanor violation of Ca, health & safety code had their first court appearance June 11th & waived time for attorneys.
Their next court date is scheduled for July 9th at 8:30 am in Dept. 12, 800 11th Street in Downtown Modesto.
