Mehserle gets murder charges!!!
Judge Clay didn't buy the BS that the killer's fellow BART cops and defense attorney Raines were shoveling. Mehserle will be tried for murder! This is huge. The struggle still has a looong way to go, but this is a victory we can all feel good about. Charges could have been reduced or even dropped in the preliminary hearing which ended today after three weeks of testimony and video.
