World Refugee Day, adopted by the United Nations in 2001, is celebrated around the world to pay tribute to all those, who, having been uprooted from their homes, continue to persevere in rebuilding their lives. Join us for presentations, food, entertainment, free health screenings, a wearable art show, children's activities, and community resources in honor of this day!

This event is sponsored by Refugee and Immigrant Forum of Santa Clara County and Santa Clara County Social Services Agency. This event was planned by Asian Americans for Community Involvement and co-sponsored by Survivors International, a non-profit organization hosting a series of events in their Week of Healing. Visit http://www.survivorsintl.org for more Bay Area events!
