Come hear Gary Patton speak on a hot topic: Global climate change and transportation; what is happening, and what we can do to reduce our carbon footprint.
Gary Patton is a Santa Cruz attorney with a long record of local, regional, and state public service, including twenty years on the SC County Board of Supervisors. As a former Executive Director and General Counsel of the statewide Planning and Conservation League (2005-2008), Gary has the extensive experience to inform us about the ongoing implementation of AB 32, the landmark Global Warming Solutions Act.
Tuesday June 16, 2009, at the WILPF general meeting, 7 p.m. at the Quaker Meeting House, 225 Rooney St. (off the Morrissey exit), in Santa Cruz. Free, open to all, donations always appreciated!
