This month's FREE open discussion will focus on these questions: Does the "first world" have an ethical responsibility to assist the "third world"? If so, how? Is international aid helping or hindering development? Bring your opinion and an open mind! Doors will open at 6:00 PM, during which relevant articles will be distributed. Discussion of the topic and articles will begin promptly at 6:30 PM and will last one hour.
