Soupstock is a concert and convergence celebrating 29 years of Food Not Bombs, providing a forum for reflection on the past, present and future of the movement. It will be held May 23-24, 2009 in San Francisco, California. All events are free, donations are welcome.
This years event will be at the Jerry Garcia Amphitheater in McLaren park, a lesser known but amazing gem on the southern edge of san francisco! our concert venue is nestled amongst 317 acres of trees, hiking trails, woodlands and nature.
Performers will include:
Otto Mobile
Bonfire Madigan
Shotwell
Mama Crow
Rebecca Cross & the Saints
Shelly Doty Xtet
Spoken word, clowns and more!
Activities for children will be provided!
