1) 10 am at the Village: UCSC student Erik is working on installing a permaculture demonstration garden and food forest. "Starting at 10:00 am I will facilitate a permaculture workday at The Village at UCSC. It's a great opportunity to see permaculture food forest design and discuss its underlying principles. We can discuss the design process, and place a bunch of beautiful plants in the productive windbreak and guilded oak grove. Please come and share your knowledge, I would greatly appreciate your helping hands, presence and smiles."
2) 10 am - 3 pm at The Farm
Spring Plant Sale
Takes Place Rain or Shine!
Saturday, May 2, 10 am - 3 pm
Sunday, May 3, 10 am - 2 pm
Barn Theatre Parking Lot, UC Santa Cruz
(corner of Bay and High Streets)
The biggest and best collection of organically grown flower, herb and vegetable starts, perennials, roses, grasses, and other landscape plants available in the region. (List of annuals and perennials available this year.)
