So we are supposed to spend a sunny afternoon listening to one after another official pontificate about how we must take radical action to fight for workers rights blab blah BUT not anytime soon because that would be premature and ultraleft !
I'm wondering how many unions mobilzed to prevent that family in West Oakland from being evicted Thursday ? (I heard that the show of force did cause the deputy sheriffs to back off at least temporaily )
How about Tim Paulson and Connie Ford et al pledge to not only mobilze but to be there personally to prevent home forclosures and also apartment evictions ? And oh yeah risk arrest , real arrest ! Not just prearranged CD where they are cited out in a half hour !
Or would that be too ultraleft ? You can bet the Democratic party wouldn't approve !
