Christof Bernau, Farm Garden Manager at the UCSC Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems, will lead a field walk and lecture on how to most efficiently utilize limited garden space and achieve the maximum food output. Christof will share some of his wealth of knowledge about choosing nutrient dense crops and making smart gardening choices.
