Gabriel Meyers arrested, charged with battery on BART GM
Gabe Meyers was booked on two counts of battery, one count of disrupting a meeting and one count of resisting arrest, according to BART Police Chief Gary Gee.
At the BART Board Meeting, GM Dorothy Dugger apparently had paint thrown on her.

Gabe Meyers was once beaten by the police and then charged with felony attempted lynching a few years back. Charges were eventually dropped.
