Each year, TNDC invites supporters for an evening of celebration, music, dancing, birthday cake and the annual presentation of the Brother Kelly Cullen Community Award. Named for TNDC’s founder and former Executive Director, the Brother Kelly Cullen Award is given to an individual who shows extraordinary community spirit and compassion in providing services to San Francisco’s poorest and neediest residents. This year’s recipient is Art Evans, principal of AF Evans – an award-winning Bay Area-based developer of high quality housing serving all income levels, including affordable housing for low income people.
