Culinary herbs are great medicine and have been used as such for so long that they have made their way into our every day kitchen practices and traditions. In this class we will discuss in detail a variety of culinary herbs, how to grow them, how to harvest, dry and store them, and how to use them as the basis of healthy and gourmet condiments and sauces. If you love herbs, condiments and/or complex flavors, this class is for you!
