Update on 4 felony charges from monday

3 of us were released last night around 11. Max is still in as he is facing higher charges. We were hoping the judge would grant him an OR bond but didnt. We posted bail and he should be out this afternoon or tonight at latest.

We all have court tomorrow morning and are asking for support. We will be in court room 12 at 9:30 at 850 Bryant.

to the arrestees,
if i were in sf, i'd be in the court. as it is, i'm far from you.

but i want to say that i saw the videos and i do support you, from across the pond. props to sf for turning out in solidarity with tristan and palestine. i'm so bewildered at sfpd for that bullshit attack.

charges against you are ridiculous. stay strong.
