PEOPLE'S PARK
in Berkeley --
26 APRIL 2009,
Sunday,
12 noon to 6pm.
....
FREE
(but donations MAY be accepted).
....
Bring your creativity,
etc.,
to share.
.....
More info MAY be available at the website;
or at (510) 390-0830.
..........
[ Caveats and comments
by nakytopian SUN:
(1) Various park activists have differing views;
so announced plans may or may not match
reality on the day itself.
(2) In past years, the area just in front of the main stage
has been clothing-optional ( de facto , but NOT de jure).
If a police officer tells you to cover up, promptly do so.
If you wanna argue with the cop, do that AFTER you cover up.
(3) Generally, arguing with cops is about as useful as waving flags at bulls.
If you're hassled unfairly by any cop, anywhere, write down exactly what happened, clearly and in chronological order; then quickly publish your report on
