Prop 8 D Day
LGBTQ people and our allies anxiously await the California Supreme Court decision either affirming or rejecting the hateful anti-gay Proposition 8.
Whatever the decision, we must act.
When the court decides, that night gay people and our allies in cities around the country will protest or celebrate.
... If the court rules in our favor, throwing out Prop 8, we will CELEBRATE this victory and work to spread its impact far and wide.
... If the court upholds part or all of Prop 8, we must turn our anger into PROTEST against this appalling attack on equal rights.
The Court will tell us the day before it makes its decision. Sign up at http://www.DayofDecision.org to get an alert about when the court will make its decision.
