Continuing the scrutiny of police behavior downtown in the wake of the new anti-homeless Downtown Ordinance additions, criminalizing more than one hour's sitting on a city bench, making 3 unpaid infractions a jailing misdemeanor, and expanding the notorious "No Go" zones downtown for sitting, sparechanging, political tabling, and street performing.

Sharing stories, supporting civil and human rights on the street, monitoring police behavior.
