We are WAY OVERDUE for a public demonstration in Hayward:

- Oscar Grant, III, was from Hayward, and south county residents need a place to speak out about this murder and other acts of police abuse.
- BART police killed Edward Seward at the Hayward BART Station in 2001.
- Before that, BART police killed Jerrold Hall in 1993, also at the Hayward station.

In solidarity with everyone traumatized by Oscar Grant's murder, the abuse of all Oscar's friends on New Years' – and standing up for all who've been victims of police abuse:
