On February 11 Richard Lua became the 6th victim of death by taser at the hands of the San Jose Police Dept since 2004.
On this day, Friday the 20th, his family needs our support. Come out and enjoy a hip art show at Silicon Valley DeBug and food provided by the Lua family as we help the survivors with money for costs associated with Richard's untimely death. You need donate only what you can...
SV DeBug houses a gallery of art and archives reflecting voices from the street, from youth, and from workers uniting for justice and dignity. The group has been outspoken about the dangers of tasers and participated in anti-taser rallies in the South Bay.
