My concern as an artist and as a poor person, that there is going to be a sharp cultural distinction between the old poor and the new poor. The old poor clamoured for rights and aid, and the middle class didn't care. Then the middle class starts crumbling, and the new rich demand satisfaction.
Bienvenu a notre monde.
We are all in this together, so let's not focus so much on the newly jobless, and the newly impoverished. Let's just focus on poverty and unemployment in their entirety.
