UNITY WITH NATURE, A MEDITATION WORKSHOP

Connecting to worlds of nature within and without opens you to a feeling of unity with the source of life! Using guided meditation on images of nature you will begin to feel the energies in Nature;  and you will interact with the forests, mountains, lakes and ocean; and you will harmonize your body, spirit, and mind with the universal source of life. The instructor of this meditation workshop, Marina Bonser, Ph.D., has been gifted with the ability to sense the energies of nature since childhood. She has trained extensively in both Raja and Buddha Yoga, and Tai Chi and meditation. She is also an experienced instructor in mountaineering, backpacking, kayaking, and cross country skiing. This introductory workshop provides a glimpse of her three-year program for advanced communication with nature in outdoor trips. She has taught this course for many years in Russia. Bring $20, a mat, and wear comfortable clothes. In case of financial hardship, ask for alternatives in advance.
