Economic Crisis, War and the New Administration: Is Real Change on the Way?

On Sunday, March 8th at 2:00p.m., Richard Becker will speak on "Economic Crisis, War and the New Administration: Is Real Change on the Way?" at Fresno County Central Library's Sarah McCardle Room.

Richard Becker is the Western Regional Coordinator of the International A.N.S.W.E.R. (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) Coalition and member of its National Steering Committee. A.N.S.W.E.R. has organized numerous mass protests from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of people against the war in Iraq, between 2002 and 2008. Becker has been a central organizer at many West Coast mass mobilizations in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

The Fresno County Central Library is located at 2420 Mariposa Street, Fresno, CA 93721. The Sarah McCardle Room is located on the second floor and is wheelchair accessible.
