Experts Babak Dehghanpisheh, Emily Whichard, and Katie Zoglin will provide the historical background for the Fourth Geneva Convention defining the required treatment of civilians in conflict and war zones at this FREE event. The nature of today's conflict regions have placed stresses on the relevance and international regard for the Convention. Katie Zoglin will provide the historical and legal perspective, while Babak Dehghanpisheh will address the Middle East refugee status, and Emily Whichard will discuss the refugee status in South East Asia.
