Salvadoran and Palestian Solidarity vigil

El Salvador is 5 days from their municipal elections and two months from presidential elections. Last Friday two FMLN youth activists were murdered. The country is bracing itself for the reaction of the right wing ARENA if (when!) the FMLN continues to dominate public support. The social movement in El Salvador is calling this years elections the final offensive of the war. we will be holding a vigil at the 24th Street BART station in remembrance of those Salvadorans who have died from political violence. We will be holding this vigil in solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza.
