Consent & Sexual/Intimate Violence: History & Current Reality of Sexual Violence, and Its Connection to all Forms of Oppression (Part II)

Description: This will be the second part to the workshop from the following week. We will continue to explore patriarchy and how it upholds and enforces racism, classism, homophobia, trans-phobia etc. in a local and global framework as well as its role in radical communities. We'll deconstruct what 'rape culture' consists of and discuss the realities and misunderstandings of Sexual Violence committed by acquaintances as opposed to Sexual Violence committed by strangers.
