Friday November 28th is the busiest shopping day of the year. Don't buy it.
Instead, build community with friends and neighbors. Join Redwood Curtain CopWatch in a celebratory Know Your Rights Workshop. We'll provide snacks and refreshments. We will focus on the law "on the street"- what your rights are, how cops try to trick you out of them, and practical ways to assert your rights anyway. We want to share strategies of how to handle and 'survive' encounters with the police.
