Friday evening Groundwork Books is hosting a film screening of B.I.K.E. the Movie and a bike ride afterward. Saturday the Gadabout traveling film festival will be in town with lots more diy films and the Just Seeds art collective.

On Friday, November 22 Groundwork Books with the Bikes del Pueblo bicycle kitchen collective will be screening the film "B.I.K.E. the Movie". A documentary about a lively underground bicycle gang in New York. Features bike crafts/art and tall-bike jousting. Discussion facilitated by Bikes del Pueblo following the film. Then we take ride! Movie starts at 6PM in Groundwork Books, get there early! We'll have snacks and coffee.

Those off campus can catch the free shuttle from the UCSD Medical Center shuttle in Hillcrest (pickup at the parking garage) to a couple blocks away from Groundwork Books on campus in La Jolla (drop off at Gilman Dr/Myers Dr).
