Iraq Moratorium Protest and Vigil
The Iraq Moratorium is an event that takes place in cities across the country every third Friday of the month. We will peacefully protest the war during rush hour on the sidewalks in front of the Resurrection - Aptos cemetery where the Counting Lives Lost Iraq War Memorial: Community art installation of thousands of clay figurines representing the U.S. Troops and Iraqi Civilian deaths. The evening's vigil, with music and poetry will be by the memorial in the cemetery.
Please bring end the war/peace banners and signs.
