The Israelis and the Palestinians have been kicking each other out of the region for thousands of years. For either side to say they have the superior claim is pure BS.

There is no "neutral" or "outside" or "objective" position to step into to get out of the U.S. relationship with the government of Israel. The U.S. government is on the side of Israeli government occupation, partition, and transfer of the Palestinian people because that is where U.S. tax payer dollars and military aid go. Let's hope Obama's "change" includes cutting aid to Israel.

Actually one of the ZFA's positions is the elimination of US aid to Israel- they feel it makes Israel unwilling to act in its own best interest

The above writer must have been joking when s/he said s/he hopes Obama cuts aid to Israel; I see "change" was in quotes. Obama made it very clear when, immediately after he had the required states to win the Democratic nomination in June, he went to AIPAC and cheered Israel, including calling for all of Jerusalem, a divided city, to be part of Israel, better known as the US military base paid to protect US oil profits in the Middle East to the tune of $4 billion a year, while we have a Great Depression, no schools, no healthcare, no jobs, no housing, no public transportation, no pensions.

All of these pro-Israel groups are fronts for the American government, which is to say the oil and munitions profiteers as it is maximization of profit that is the primary goal of capitalism and law of a capitalist society, and the biggest profits are in war. The military is the biggest user of oil and munitions are very profitable. These rich kids attending UC Berkeley, the rich folks’ finishing school, who act like thugs, as we have reports of the Zionists acting, can only get away with their bully act on campus. The minute they go south of Shattuck, where the workingclass lives, the rich kids had better have good running legs because the poor are very hungry and growing in numbers geometrically by the minute as the war economy sinks to the bottom of the sea. There are theories that this was a planned event by the U.S./British victors to have a well armed settler state of Israel prepared for the long term conflicts with Muslim nations about the petroleum reserves located there..

If the pro-Israeli Jewish community (AIPAC, Zionist activists, etc..) could get their heads out of their collective asses and realize that they are being used by the U.S. for a long term battle over Middle Eastern oil reserves, maybe they would be less likely to dance to the tune of the Zionist (Nazi) Israeli state..
