Free Skool Santa Cruz is a completely grassroots effort, a bunch of individuals deciding to act collectively and autonomously to create a skill-sharing network beyond institutional control. Classes are informal, egalitarian, and are held in homes, social spaces and parks. It is our opportunity to learn from each other and share what we know, to help create self-reliance, vital communities and beauty in the world.
Some of the classes offered this summer include:
Healing Our Bodies with Plants
Bookbinding from Scrap
Anti-Colonial Walking Tour
Learn Old Time Banjo
and more!
