Why would foreign policy need to be changed unless they either are not effective or give the US a bad reputation. Senior Fellow at The Hoover Institute, Thomas Henrikson discusses the latter as an expert researcher on American foreign policy in the post-cold war world, international political affairs, and national defense. He specializes in the study of U.S. diplomatic and military courses of action toward terrorist havens and the so-called rogue states. He also concentrates on armed and covert interventions abroad.
