Cathcart and Cedar St. Parking Lot #4. Next to the Wednesday Farmer's Market in downtown Santa Cruz. In a lot that city staffers want to turn into a 5-story Parking Garage.
The Drum Circle is a traditional weekly event that's been going on for more than fifteen years. In late August and early September police began harassing them, warning, scaring and "persuading" away drummers on 9-3.
