As a pre-Thanksgiving treat, we'll find our gratitude for what is in our lives, not because we should, but because it sustains us in even the most challenging of times. Drawing from deeply personal sources, using a breadth of practices, we will refill our cups, nourish with what Marshall calls giraffe juice, and go away satisfied.
