Norman Solomon, an elected Obama delegate to the Democratic National Convention, will discuss what happened
in Denver, the fall campaign for president, and possibilities for genuine progressive change and political transformations
in the North Bay and nationwide.

Norman Solomon is a nationally syndicated columnist on media and politics. He has been writing the weekly "Media Beat" column since 1992. His recent books include Made Love, Got War: Close Encounters with America's Warfare State (2007), and War Made Easy: How Presidents and Pundits Keep Spinning us to Death (2005.) Solomon is a co-founder of Making Contact, an independent media production and training group.
