Come to this rare opportunity to listen to the second, highest-ranking female member of the EU's executive branch, Her Excellency, Vice-President Margot Wallstroem, as she discusses the future of transatlantic relations and new prospects for combating climate change. She developed the Union's overall strategy for sustainable development, co-developed a new initiative on climate change, and was instrumental in concluding the ratification process of the Kyoto protocol.
