Event: Celebrate World Refugee Day with the World Affairs Council as it teams up with the U.N. High Commission for Refugees to discuss the status of Afghanistan. Even though more than 5 million Afghans have returned home since the fall of the Taliban, localized conflict continues to displace some communities within Afghanistan, while poverty and lack of job opportunities oblige many Afghans to seek employment abroad.
