This year, the Fresh Meat Festival goes BIG with a BANG! The outrageously popular Fresh Meat Festival of transgender and queer performance is making the move this June to big, beautiful Project Artaud Theater! The move will accommodate Fresh Meat’s gigantic audiences and allow the Festival to highlight larger ensembles and nationally-recognized artists.

The bigger-than-ever Fresh Meat Festival bursts onto the stage June 19-22 at Project Artaud Theater. Genderbending opera, hip hop, hula, modern dance, clogging, gospel music, theater, Colombian dance, live music and more!

Performances by: Artistic Director Sean Dorsey, Nejla Baguio and Prado Gomez, the Barbary Coast Cloggers, Colombian Soul, Freeplay Dance Crew, Jose Luis Munoz (from Carla Lucero’s opera Juana), Na Lei Hulu I Ka Wekiu, Scott Turner Schofield, the Transcendence Gospel Choir and Shawna Virago.
