Rise Women Rise - Reclaim Mothers Day: Week of Actions at the MRS

As part of reclaiming the true purpose of Mother's Day, we will engage in a week of actions toward the great and general interests of peace!

Each day this week will be focused on one group of women: Monday, our focus is Grandmothers, who will volunteer to be recruited instead of our grandchildren; Tuesday will focus on Mothers who STILL say NO to War; Wednesday on Daughters of War Speak Out; Thursday on Sistahs Don't Allow Sistahs in a War Zone; and our last day, Friday will be witches, crones, sirens doing rituals and casting spells on the recruiters, the landlord, and any other pro-war profiteers operating in Berkeley.

All actions this week are at the MRS (Marine Recruiting Station, 64 Shattuck Square, Berkeley - on Shattuck Ave just south of University where Shattuck runs one-way north - and two blocks north of the BART)
