BERKELEY MARINE RECRUITING STATION

Eviction Rally: The People Deliver The Eviction Notice
Challenge Recruiters to Open Debate
Community Speak Out: Stop the War & Occupation, Now!
See The Torture That Got Planned In the White House
Join Us! Why?
Over one million Iraqis dead, another 4-5 million now refugees.
Over 4,000 U.S. soldiers’ lives sacrificed for empire and lies.
Day after day, war crimes including torture, rape, and collective punishment are committed.
The torture was planned directly from the highest levels of the Bush regime, at meetings inside the White House. Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld, Powell, Tenet, Ashcroft – all their hands are covered in the blood of Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo, and the secret rendition cells. And Bush knew, and approved.
THIS is the war the recruiters are recruiting youth into. RECRUITERS OUT NOW! Where high school students have to pass recruiters everyday to get to the cafeteria, there should be protests. When recruiters do their blood-soaked work in the high school career centers, the school community should say NO, killing and dying in illegal, immoral wars is not a career option for us! Families should not allow schools to give students’ personal information to the recruiters. Where recruiters phone kids every night, or follow them in the malls, parents should say NO! Recruiters have NO right to do their "business" if the Iraqi people are to have their right to live free of this horrific war and occupation.
Come to the Marine Recruiting Station – help deliver eviction notices to these unwanted, unwelcome intruders! Join the speak-out, bring your voice, your story, your signs. Hear testimony by Iraq War and other vets about the war crimes the corporate media is silencing. Witness and/or take part in nonviolent civil resistance.
