Please join Toby today in front of the the MRS (Marine Recruiting Station) for this Yoga for Peace workshop!

Bring warm clothes and a yoga mat.. We will have the sun shining on us in the morning as we salute the sun each week with the Sun Salutation! Toby encourages anyone to share in leading these weekly Yoga sessions.

She also welcomes any musicians that can bring some soft, peaceful and calming live music: Any flutists, recorder players or other musicians that can support this effort. Toby will bring her nyckelharpa today (a Swedish string instrument) and will play it for an hour or so after the yoga session.
