In a testament to female and human endurance, the last
survivors of this sex slave atrocity continue to demand that
Japan admit its crimes during WWII. With the hope of
preventing this kind of crime against humanity from ever being
repeated their goal is to obtain an official apology. Korean-
Chinese American poet and retired college lecturer Merle Woo
will report on this important struggle and ways to support the
former comfort women.
A delicious dinner, with vegetarian option, will be served at
6:15pm for a $7.00 donation. Everyone welcome.
