by DASW Legal Work Group
Legal Update for folks still in Jail from yesterday's direct action...
Thank you to everyone who came to support the folks who remained in jail last night and this morning in court!

The news we have is that Mitchell Anderson has been released after his arraignment hearing this morning.
Mitchell Anderson has been released; he is being only being charged with misdemeanor "disturbing the peace", not assault; his next court date is April 4 at 9 a.m. Come support him on April 4th!

The other 4 arrestees are still in custody with ostensible felony charges could be arraigned Friday, Monday or Tuesday morning. We will update this information when arraignments are set for them.

These 4 remaining arrestees are:

* Brian Reggins- Felony and Misdemeanor charges, no arraignment date has been set.
He is being held at the Sheriff's dept. at 850 Bryant.

* Mitch Inclin- Multiple Felony and Misdemeanor charges, no arraignment date has
been set. He is being held at the Sheriff's dept. at 850 Bryant.

* Kurt Therkslen- Felony charge, no arraignment date has been set.
He is being held at the Sheriff's dept. at 850 Bryant.

* Kenneth Pack- Felony charges, no arraignment date has been set.
He is being held at the Sheriff's dept. at 850 Bryant.

Please call the legal hotline for outtake arrest information and witness/evidence information that may be helpful in court. Please contact us if you have photos, video or documentation of these arrests or other evidence vital to arrests made Wednesday March 19, or Saturday March 15.
If you do have video or photos of people, please do not post them publicly as they may incriminate or influence these pending cases.

Contact the legal working group through the National Lawyer's Guild legal hotline at (415) 285-1011. We will be staffing it until all people are out of jail.

Thank you and keep the solidarity up for these folks in jail!
